The SDX Direct site is designed to be as easy to use as possible, below are the various policies and procedures for simple online ordering.
Ordering Procedure
Please choose the items in the quantities you require and any product options such as size or finish and place them in the shopping cart. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order (E.&.O.E.). When you are ready to complete the order, click the checkout button and then fill in the details requested on the following screens. All new customers are required to register first. If you have ordered from us before you can bypass this stage by logging in, and jump straight to the payment system.
Our staff will be happy to assist you with any technical advice you need with respect to the use of goods offered for sale, and we provide this service free of charge. However, Delavan assumes no obligation or liability for any such advice, or for any results occurring as results of the application of such advice. It is up to you as a Delavan customer to select and specify the goods that are appropriate for your needs, and you assume all responsibility for such selection and specification of the goods.
VAT and Taxes
UK customers are charged VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Customers within the European Union will be charged VAT at the UK rate unless they supply a valid VAT number during the account setup process. All customers outside Europe will not be charged VAT, however import/customs taxes may be due at the point of entry into their country which they must pay. All prices displayed prior to checkout are net of any taxes, these will be shown on checkout.
Payment
We accept payment online via most credit and debit cards through Paypal. For any other payment methods or to apply for an account if you are a regular customer please Contact Us.
Order Tracking
When you set up an account with SDX Direct, we will keep you updated about the progress of your order using the e-mail address registered. Once an order is despatched you will be able to track your order progress, click here to check the status of your order now or view any entered tracking information.
Delivery
All relevant delivery charges are indicated at the checkout stage prior to payment. We charge a flat rate of £9.95 within the UK. For other destination the cost is calculated according to your region. All goods are shipped via insured courier services with all relevant paperwork to reduce customs waiting times. Normal despatch of orders received during working hours is between 2-5 working days from order date.
Returns Policy
All items sold from SDX Direct are made to customer order and returns will not be accepted unless the items are faulty. If the Buyer orders incorrect products the Company will at its discretion accept the return of such Products provided that:
(a) the Products are returned unused and, in the Company’s opinion, are in good condition; and
(b) the Company will charge a 25% restocking fee; and
(c) the Buyer will pay for any and all costs involved in returning the Products; and
(d) the Products are standard items and in the reasonable
opinion of the Company can be re-sold within twelve months of the date
of their return.
Guarantee
Products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery or 90 days from the date of installation whichever is earlier.
